Industroremont d.o.o., Ulica 108. brigade ZNG 88, 35000 Slavonski Brod, Croatia (“Industroremont”, “we”), as the data controller, respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the GDPR. This policy explains what data we collect through this website, why we collect it and what your rights are.

What data we collect and why

  • Contact form — name and surname, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. We use them solely to answer your inquiry and for any follow-up communication about it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries.
  • Direct contact — data you send us by e-mail or phone is used only to communicate with you about your inquiry.
  • Job applications — unsolicited applications and CVs sent to us by e-mail are processed for candidate selection and kept until the selection process ends, or longer only with your consent.
  • Technical visit data — the server automatically records the IP address, time of access, browser type and pages visited for the security and proper functioning of the website (legitimate interest). These logs are not used for profiling and are deleted after a short period.

The website does not require user registration and does not use visitor analytics or advertising tools.

Cookies and third-party services

  • The website uses only strictly necessary cookies required for it to function properly.
  • The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.), which processes technical data about your device and connection to distinguish people from automated programs. The website is served through the Cloudflare network for security and speed.
  • The Contact page embeds a Google Maps map (Google Ireland Ltd.), which may set its own cookies when loaded, in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.
  • The link to our LinkedIn profile leads outside this website; LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company is responsible for data processing on LinkedIn.

Recipients of data

We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties. It is accessible only to our employees who need it to answer your inquiry and to service providers who process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement (website hosting and maintenance, e-mail delivery). We may disclose data to competent authorities where required by law.

How long we keep data

Messages received through the contact form or by e-mail are kept as long as necessary to handle the inquiry, as a rule no longer than one year after the last communication, after which they are deleted. If a business relationship arises from the inquiry, the data is kept for the periods prescribed for business and accounting records.

Your rights

You have the right at any time to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Requests can be sent to info@industroremont.hr or by post to the address above; we will respond without delay and at the latest within one month.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.

Security

The website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We apply technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse, and access to it is limited to the people who need it for their work.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in regulations or in how the website operates. The current version is always published on this page.
